Issues concerning womanhood, roles for women, and women in church leadership are all hot topics for women today. I know it’s not politically correct or seems so outdated to believe and uphold to biblical womanhood, but, I can’t compromise on these issues.

The Council of Biblical Manhood and Womanhood have a ton of resources that I’ve found helpful in discerning what the bible says about womanhood. John Piper and Wayne Grudem answered several questions about a woman’s role and her life in the church, below are four of the questions, click on the question to find the link to the answer.

What does the Bible say about the roles of men and women in marriage?

Why is it so important to understand and live out biblical manhood and womanhood in the home and local church?

Weren’t these Bible texts written in a patriarchal culture, while the main thrust of Scripture is toward complete equality of men and women?

What does the Bible say about leadership in the church?

  1. Great resource! Have you ever read "The Feminist Mistake" by Mary Kassian? She is on the Biblical Council for Manhood and Womanhood, and that book was one of the most informative books that I have ever read.
